As Marketing Manager at Hyarchis, I led the successful rebranding from a document management provider to a Fintech leader. My efforts included overseeing B2B marketing initiatives, organizing high-impact virtual events, and executing lead generation campaigns that attracted over 100 leads in just one week. This strategic work enhanced brand visibility, attracted investors, and positioned Hyarchis as a key player in the financial services sector.
Overview
Hyarchis, a Dutch IT company, needed to reposition its brand and establish itself as a leader in the Fintech space. Their focus is on providing AI-powered solutions to help financial service providers manage vital data and comply with laws such as GDPR, KYC, and AML. The goal was to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and attract investors while building a strong employer brand.

Process
I led the rebranding effort, transitioning Hyarchis from a document management company to a Fintech leader. This involved creating a repositioning strategy, building a marketing team from scratch, and applying Scrum to ensure efficient execution. We also planned and executed B2B marketing initiatives, including high-impact lead generation campaigns, and organized virtual events for the Dutch market to generate awareness and engage with key decision-makers.

Execution
Through strategic marketing and successful virtual events with over 200 attendees, I helped position Hyarchis as a trusted player in the Dutch and Lithuanian Fintech communities. Multi-channel lead gen campaigns secured 100+ leads in under a week and landed Hyarchis on the front page of top financial media outlets in the Netherlands. The results included increased brand recognition, investor engagement, and a stronger position in the market.

it was more about the question: can we serve our Dutch customers in the financial sector, who are used to being served in Dutch, with a non-Dutch speaking person in Lithuania? In the end it worked very well. It can be done very easily but at the time it was anything but certain. And Greta, our Marketing Manager, paved the way for other functions such as HR Management and Accountancy to be here in Lithuania. This helped us to grow further as an organization <..>
